for an experienced Pharmacy Manager with expertise in hospital
inpatient and oncology/hematology outpatient pharmacy services.
This direct hire position requires candidates who are ready to step
into a leadership role managing pharmacy operations and ensuring
the highest standards of patient care. Location: Elgin, IL Key
Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on
oncology and hematology outpatient services. Manage inpatient
pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and
regulatory standards. Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting
professional development and teamwork. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes.
Support pharmacy workflow improvements and assist in policy
development. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Pharmacy
Manager in hospital inpatient settings. Specialized knowledge in
oncology and hematology outpatient pharmacy. Licensed or willing to
obtain an Illinois pharmacy license. Strong leadership and
communication skills. Commitment to patient safety and regulatory
compliance. Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
