Illinois is currently seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join
our excellent team of collaborating Physicians throughout the
Rockford Illinois Region! Physician Opportunity: ~ HPSA- National
Interest Waiver and H1b supported ~ Build your individual practice
as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders
and support staff. ~4-4.5 days per week, flexible scheduling ~EPIC
