Primary Care Provider (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) to join
an expanding multi-specialty group affiliated with a leading
regional health system in northern Illinois. Candidate must have a
strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and motivation
to optimize patient outcome through exceptional clinical care.
Setting : 100% outpatient Multiple locations in the area Employed
position Academic appointments available Monday-Friday schedule
