rapidly expanding hospital system to find a highly skilled and
self-motivated Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This role is ideal for
a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership experience in
inpatient acute care settings. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced,
high-acuity environment that offers both professional challenges
and meaningful rewards. As the senior clinical executive, you will
play a pivotal role in shaping patient care strategies, mentoring
clinical teams, and collaborating with executive leadership to
drive operational excellence and elevate the patient and employee
experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all nursing
operations and clinical services within the facility. - Partner
with the CEO and HR leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality
standards. - Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and
continuous improvement. - Support and develop nursing leadership
and interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications - Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa (IA). - Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred. -
Demonstrated experience in nursing administration and acute care
leadership. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational
