Job Description UW Health is seeking a Mental Health for a job in MADISON, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Mental Health - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: Ongoing - Employment Type: Staff Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening shifts based on preference. Primary hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but there is flexibility to work until 7pm, if preferred. You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days in person at 5249 E Terrace Dr in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable - Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. - We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: - Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. - Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes. - Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication. - Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate. - Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
