Employment Type: Staff Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening shifts
based on preference. Primary hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00
am to 5:00 pm, but there is flexibility to work until 7pm, if
preferred. You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days in
person at 5249 E Terrace Dr in Madison, WI. Be part of something
remarkable - Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll
play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality,
cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively
within a multidisciplinary health team. - We are seeking a
Behavioral Health Therapist to: - Evaluate patients presenting with
a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. - Collaborate
with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals
and outcomes. - Coordinate patient care with primary care, other
specialty providers, and families via written and verbal
communication. - Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple
modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice,
including specific and focused treatment protocols, when
appropriate. - Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement
tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment

Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other
behavioral health related field Required Work Experience - 2 years
of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of
behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
Required - 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment
for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children,
adolescents, or adults Preferred Licenses and Certifications -
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or - Licensed
Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or - Licensed Marriage
and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and - Basic Life
Support/CPR within 6 months Required and - Substance Abuse
Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or - Clinical Substance Abuse
