Job Description:

Job Title: RN-ICU Location: Madison, WIGross Weekly: $2,340/WkStart Date: 06/30/2024Contract Length: 13 WeeksShift: Night 3x12 36 Hours 7-7Duties:

Continuously monitor critically ill patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Give medications, IV fluids, and blood products accurately and on schedule.
Provide emergency care including CPR, defibrillation, and ventilator management.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Operate and monitor life-support systems such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
Communicate patient status clearly to doctors, families, and other healthcare staff.
Accurately document care, changes in condition, and procedures performed.
Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols to protect vulnerable patients.
Provide support to patients and their families during stressful and emotional times.
Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other ICU staff to deliver coordinated care.
