Practice Setting

Mix of inpatient and outpatient care

Schedule

7a-5p onsite patient care
Nightly call plus 24-hour weekend call (details TBD)
20 shifts per month
Block of months gives stability with future flexibility

Procedures and Cases

General Anesthesia
Blocks and Epidurals
Patient mix: 85% adult/geriatric, 15% pediatric/adolescent
Daily volume: 5-15 cases depending on type

Requirements

Board-certified CRNA
Active Iowa license (cannot wait for new license)
ACLS and PALS certifications
Minimum 24 months of experience

Credentialing Requirements

Fast-track credentialing available for clean backgrounds
Temporary privileges offered to accelerate onboarding
