Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $312.00 - 324.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 3-5 days a week needed. Monday Friday 8:00a 5:00p Job Setting: Clinic and hospital Types of Cases: 60% Hematology and 40% Oncology Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Must have an active Illinois License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Must be Board Certified Facility Location Known as The Forest City, Rockford is located just outside of the Chicago metro area.
