Job Description & Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10;12;24 This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7am start time. 8, 10, 12 and 24 hour shifts available Setting: Hospital Types of cases: General, Gynecology, Spine, Orthopedics, Healthy Pediatrics, light Obstetrics. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Requirements: Board certification Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Facility Location Known as The Forest City, Rockford is located just outside of the Chicago metro area.
