This facility is seeking a for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:August 5, 7:00am August 14, 7:00am
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases:Thrombectomy, angioplasty, stent - Aneurysm treatment
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have Illinois License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) in hand to credential on time
