Description:
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Services and the
Director of Services, the Community Support Outreach Social Worker
plans, directs client treatment, oversees, mentors, and evaluates
assigned CST clinicians. The Community Support Outreach Social
Worker is responsible for the overall operations of the CST team
and the general well-being of all clients assigned to it. The
Community Support Outreach Social Worker supervises Case Managers,
Mental Health Professionals, Rehabilitations Services Aides, CRSS,
and other staff as assigned. Requirements:
Minimum formal requirement: Either a master's degree in human
services, or an RN license. Individuals should have 5 years minimum
experience in human services and one year of administrative or
supervisory experience is preferred. This position meets the
qualifications of Medicaid Rule 140, Qualified Mental Health
