SHORT TERM OPTION RN: Conveniently located in a vibrant Rockford area, close to public transportation, this 179-bed community offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Opened in 1986, Saint Anne Center was Rockford's first Catholic nursing home, whose legacy as a cornerstone of compassionate care continues today.
WORK ASSIGNMENT: 8, 12, or 14 week assignments
WORK SCHEDULE: 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and two holidaysDay Shift Available
RATE OF PAY: $58/HOUR!

the healthcare organization.

• 
  Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Preferred Credential(s):
  • Approved Local Exception. For use with unique Union job requirements only. Remove if not for Union.
  • Drivers License.
    Education:
