  • Contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening the design and effectiveness of the internal control environment.
  • Lead and manage a team of resources and partners.
  • Support career growth by providing training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring staff at various levels (e.g., associate auditor, auditor, senior auditor, and audit manager).
  • Provide technical guidance and fulfills supervisory responsibilities
  • Training new or less experienced staff, reviewing audit work, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to support employee development.

    • At least 7 years of relevant experience within Audit, AML, or Financial Crimes.
    • Proven ability to lead and influence individuals through project work.
    • Extensive knowledge of audit and accounting principles, with a relevant college or university degree.
    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including proficiency in business writing and presentations to effectively convey findings and provide constructive feedback.
    • Holds a CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA with demonstrated technical expertise in areas such as accounting or regulatory compliance.What's on Offer
