A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Internal
Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications
strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee the content strategy and management of the company's
intranet, ensuring alignment with company goals
Collaborate with HR and other departments to measure employee
engagement and enhance internal communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing,
or a related field
4+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications,
with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience managing and revamping intranet platforms or internal
digital communications tools
Understanding of change management and employee engagement
strategies
Experience with analytics tools to measure communication
effectiveness and employee engagement
