Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chronic Care Management
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the privacy and accuracy of patient information in
compliance with HIPAA regulations
Maintain and organize medical records accurately and timely,
responding to inquiries from healthcare providers
Input patient data into medical records systems and assist with
coding and billing processes
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or Exercise
Science
Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting,
preferably in cardiac and pulmonary rehab
Proficiency with medical records systems and software
Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical
record documentation
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient
privacy and confidentiality
