About The Role:
As a Regulatory Change Management Director at CBRE, you will be
responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive
regulatory change management program to ensure CBRE's compliance
with evolving regulatory requirements. This role will require
strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and the ability
to prioritize actions to mitigate regulatory risk.
This job is part of the Risk, Ethics and Compliance job function.
They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that
balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of
options and risks.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Director of Regulatory
Change Manager position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary
for the Director of Regulatory Change Manager position is $170,000
annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will
depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful
candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on
CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the
following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance,
Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
