You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.Territory: This role covers the Northern Illinois and Eastern Iowa territory; must live in this area. Work from home with territory travel; overnights minimal. No Visa or relocation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our PPE safety product line including respiratory, fall protection, eye, face, head, hearing, hand, first aid and eyewash products within the Honeywell Industrial
• Safety organization
• Manage existing book of business to meet or exceed assigned sales quota
• Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products and solutions
• Identify opportunities and build credibility with clients
• Negotiate and close
• Articulate and deliver value proposition
• Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premier sales organization YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer facing outside sales experience B2B
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM tool (ex: ) WE VALUE
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience working with industrial distribution
