We're NFP, a five-time Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance for 2017-2021 and we're looking for a -Account Manager -to join our team who'll be responsible for working closely with Account Managers and Senior Advisors to ensure the established service model is delivered to each client in a timely and accurate manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive for general client service
• Prepare client documents for meetings and presentations
• Assist with implementation of new client onboarding, transitioning clients from one carrier to another, and open enrollment process
• Conduct research on compliance and other client questions and issuesWhat We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of employee benefits including health care reform, industry trends
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Diligent follow up skills Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsEducation and/or Experience
    • BA/BS preferred
    • Typically, more than five years industry and product line experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registration
