Director, Digital and O2O Marketplace Operations WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Digital & O2O Director within the Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) Marketplace Operations (MPO) team. The role reports into the Senior Director - APLA Omnichannel Marketplace Operations and leads strategy, executional readiness, business performance and performance management for the Marketplace Unit - developing plans with cross-functional working teams across APLA in Geography and Territories, passionate about strategic capabilities, services and digital and O2O fulfillment execution across our marketplaces from a supply chain and operations standpoint. These capabilities and services are centered around how we serve consumers through a digitally led strategy. We are seeking an individual who:

The candidate needs to have a consumer and retail approach, understanding the connection back to the supply chain, while developing plans/strategies for digital operations, services, and experiences across the Nike omni-channel marketplace. What will you work on:
    In this role will work on ensuring that the APLA Supply Chain is set up for success to deliver premium consumer services and experiences - supporting the Omni-Channel marketplace through the lens of Nike Owned Digital, Digital Platform Partners and Online to Offline (O2O). Defining requirements and metrics for how success is measured across the Digital portfolio including with Digital Platform Partners in diverse marketplaces. You will lead strategy development and deployment of new capabilities and services and drive alignment and optimization across various teams to build a robust, reliable, flexible, sustainable and profitable Digital supply chain ecosystem. Driving and influencing decisions across teams and with leadership partners are also key activities you will be responsible for to be successful in the role.
    Who will you work with:
    You will work primarily with the GEO and Territory MPO teams on building the strategy, prioritization, trade-offs, development, and deployment as well as the successful execution of consumer service experiences in support of the marketplace targets and the Digital First Supply Chain - this will include Global MPO partners to support strategic alignment, portfolio management, business execution and performance management.
    You will connect with Nike Direct Digital, Partner Transformation and O2O commercial teams to understand the strategy, requirements and plans for the Digital marketplace. You will work with Marketplace Planning partners to determine demand for these Market Place Units and co-ordinate with the Territory leads and their Distribution centers, logistics, and transportation partners to secure capabilities, services, and capacity, as well as other marketplace partners to resolve any potential trade-offs.
    Together with the Innovation team, PMO and Tech teams you will determine which new fulfillment capabilities, services and consumer experiences can be brought to life for the Digital marketplace specific Platform Partners. During the performance of the role, you will work closely with all execution teams to ensure a successful delivery of the business targets, forecasts, and goals. What you bring
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field and minimum of 10+ years relevant ecommerce fulfillment work experience.
    • MBA or Post Graduate degree a plus
    • Strategy development, planning, and deployment
    • Progressive process and operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Project Management, Partner Management and Process Improvement.
    • Experience building and leading effective teams, influencing others and communicating optimally cross functionally and for all levels of the organization
    • Sophisticated supply chain knowledge, Digital fulfillment, Online to Offline (O2O), Omni-channel thinking & Retail competence
    • Experience leading Performance Management and fulfillment metrics with concrete insights.
    • Data & analytics
    • Planning/forecasting and systems thinking is a plus
