• In person position
• Will work closely with front line employees and plant managers
• HR office in on the warehouse floor
• Very "hands on" role
• Will be walking thru the warehouse throughout the day, building relationships with employees and managers
  • Wants a real "go getter"--Job duties:----- Effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment.--- Leading training initiatives to maximize site and employee performance.--- Ensure site compliance with Corporate/Division Policy and all applicable external laws and regulations.--- Provide growth and opportunity for all employees.--- Align performance and structure to Division and Regional objectives.--- Ensure functional excellence of the Human Resources staff.--- Successful completion of continuous improvement / lean projects that drive process and standardization enhancements.--- Lead and drive Company, Division and Region initiatives and programs--Qualifications:--- At least 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources or a related field--- Continuous Improvement training and/or certifications (Six Sigma or Transactional Lean) are preferred--- Prior supervisory experience--- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment--- Experience in a multi-shift 24/7 operation--- Willingness to relocate if considered for future promotional opportunities is preferred--- Excellent written and oral communication skillsMust have a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 4 years of work experience--- Must have experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point or Access)--Salary is $85-97k5% bonus potential at the end of the yearTypical hours are 7:30a - 4:30pm, but will be on call before/after work - will need to reply to calls/texts/emails from home--Interested candidates can reply to this ad with their updated resume, or send to: nancy.spisak@kellyservices.comCan also call Nancy at 815-905-1276--I look forward to hearing from you!--Why Kelly--?You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
