A strong and dynamic leader is needed for our Rockford, IL
facility. This position will have area ownership for business
operation and performance of technical support teams and analytical
laboratory. Maintaining ever increasing internal and external
customer base as well as operations contribution, performance, and
customer satisfaction. Consistently achieving financial targets and
safety objectives in a fast paced high transaction and customer
- Full operations contribution, inventory, AR, capital
- Ensure efficient service execution of all new and existing
business to deliver world class business
- Deploy, execute, and focus the Segment vision, mission and
strategy for the business, coordinating with the overall strategy
of the Segment.
- Enable entrepreneurial and innovative thought leadership.

- Collaborating with business partners to manage day-to-day
challenges and issues associated with operating the

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field - Industrial,
Mechanical, Chemical preferred
- 3+years' experience in management and successful demonstration
of key responsibilities and knowledge
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to
effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
- Ability to manage dispersed workforce
- Certification in LEAN Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma strongly
- Experience in the water industry i.e. water treatment,
- Understanding of water chemistry
- Experience with P&ID and fluid dynamics
- Implementing lean tools i.e. VSM, process flow diagram,
