Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in the provision of energy solutions,
seeks a skilled Design Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering
& Architecture team. This position is key in developing and
designing innovative electrical systems that enhance energy
distribution, efficiency, and sustainability across our national
markets. The role involves collaborative project management,
advanced design techniques, and a continuous commitment to
cutting-edge energy solutions. The successful candidate will
contribute directly to projects that support our commitment to
renewable energy and decreasing environmental footprint. Design,
simulate, and prototype new electrical systems and controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical
designs with other engineering solutions. Conduct system
calculations and analyses to ensure reliability and compliance with
industry standards. Prepare technical documents, including
specifications, drawings, and engineering reports. Participate in
design reviews, safety assessments, and project planning sessions.
Stay updated with latest technologies, trends, and regulations in
the energy sector. Provide technical support during installation,
testing, and commissioning phases. Implement energy-efficient
solutions to reduce overall environmental impact. Proficiency in
electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or
similar. Strong understanding of electrical systems, power
distribution, and renewable energy technologies. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and
teamwork capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet
deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Certification in
Project Management (PMP) advantageous.
