solutions is hiring an Electrical Engineer to support high-speed
food & beverage packaging equipment at its Waukegan facility. This
is a succession role, working alongside a senior Electrical
Engineer with 20 years at the company who will retire in the next
2–3 years — offering long-term stability, knowledge transfer, and

Design and support electrical control systems for new and existing
equipment Create and maintain electrical schematics, BOMs, and
technical documentation Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley
PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, and control systems Support equipment
wiring, startup, testing, and validation Integrate and debug
high-speed vision systems Troubleshoot electrical issues for
production and assembly teams Support continuous improvement and
engineering standards Qualifications BSEE required 5 years of
electrical engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing
environments PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley) Experience
with food & beverage packaging or high-speed machinery Strong
understanding of industrial circuitry and 3-phase power Hands-on
wiring and troubleshooting skills AutoCAD Electrical experience
(plus) Solid communication skills and ability to work
cross-functionally Compensation & Benefits Salary: $95,000 –
