Client Details A leader in contract machining handling volumes from prototype to production. They are a two shift operations with multiple locations, this position would be overseeing the the location near Alsip with impressive machining capabilities. Profile Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically machining en Proven experience managing safety, production, maintenance, and quality assurance programs. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable).
