2nd & 3rd Shifts Available | Glendale Heights, IL A highly stable
and well-established global manufacturer is actively hiring Mold
Makers and Injection Mold Repair Technicians to support continued
growth and upcoming machine additions at their advanced
manufacturing facility in Glendale Heights, IL . This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity with a direct path to full-time

to cross-training and internal promotion About the Role: You will:
Perform daily mold changeovers , cleaning, inspections, and repairs
Build new molds and tooling components from blueprints and CAD Use
EDMs, grinders, mills, lathes , and other manual/CNC equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance and document all tooling changes
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings, CAD files,
and precision measurement tools We’re Looking for Candidates With:
5–15 years of injection mold building and repair experience (ideal
candidates have 7) Proficiency in using Wire & Sinker EDM, surface
grinders, jig grinders, mills, and lathes MasterCAM or CNC milling
experience is a strong plus Comfort reading blueprints and CAD
drawings (SolidWorks familiarity preferred) Precision measuring
skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges A high school
diploma or GED; TMA or technical training in mold making is a plus
A stable work history (this company values commitment) Shift
Options: 1st Shift : 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 openings) 2nd Shift :
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1 opening) 3rd Shift : 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM,
Sunday–Friday (1 opening) Currently no OT, but once converted
you’ll be eligible for monthly bonus pay and profit sharing.
Compensation: $30–$40/hr , depending on experience Direct-hire
target is after 6 months – this is how the company hires across all
