Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager for their Home Care
Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Home Care engineering team, establishing
frameworks for collaboration and execution
Collaborate with Product partners and stakeholders to identify
business opportunities and execute high-impact projects
Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Home Care, aligning
work with business outcomes and success metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or 3 years of
equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing high performance engineering teams,
preferably with developers and QA engineers
Experience in developing modern, high traffic applications and
backend services, preferably using .NET Core
Understanding of project management software, preferably Jira, and
modern software development methodologies
Familiarity with AWS Services, Docker Containers, and CI/CD
practices
