RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  
• The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of new and existing products
  
• Improve safety, quality, and cost/delivery by utilizing lean manufacturing principles
  
• Develops cost estimating methods, process prints, time standards, tooling and fixture design
  
• Mentor shop floor members on new and existing processes
  
• Communicates with staff, managers, vendors on manufacturing findings
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
    
  • Must have Machining/Chip experience
    
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an engineer
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
