Position:Senior Field Application EngineerJob Description:What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the RichardsonRFPD RF new products introduction and technical training to sales;
• Responsible for the technical support for RichardsonRFPD China Chengdu Area customers;
• Partner with the sales team by providing technical support and consulting to promote design wins, maximized margins, and market share.
• Develop relationships with customer engineers and engineering management, as well as supplier reps. Advocate design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.
• Strong self-learning ability is required.What We Are Looking For
  • BS/MS Microwave/Communication Engineering or equivalent;
  • Be familiar with RF products, and have 2 years plus R&D experience on RF circuits;
  • Be familiar with the simulation tools for RF design;
  • Have 2 years and above RF Power Amplifier design experience (option);
  • 3 plus years work experience within communication or similar market;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skill sets to work efficiently in a Team-based and distributed work environment;
  • Oral and written technical English skills;
