families. Duties Create a balance of rich hands-on learning
activities and academic review for children to stay fresh for the
new school year. Establish a relationship with parents and
guardians and send communication about daily activities through the
Brightwheel app. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials
to meet students' varying needs and interests. Plan and conduct
activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration,
and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe,
question, and investigate. Prepare materials and classrooms for
class activities. Plan and implement outdoor activities. Establish
and enforce rules for positive behavior and procedures for
maintaining order in the classroom. Enforce all administration
policies and rules governing students. Arrange indoor and outdoor
shared spaces to facilitate creative play, motor-skill activities,
and safety, keeping in mind it will be used by younger children
during other parts of the day. Requirements Bachelor's degree in
education or related field College students pursuing a degree in
education are also encouraged to apply to work with teachers in the
classroom CPR First Aid (may be completed after hiring) WI Registry
membership for early childhood professionals (can be completed
after hiring) Must be physically able to work with children Be
available to work from June 16th - August 22nd Benefits This is a
temporary summer position so benefits do not apply
