Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is for two full-time Occupational Therapists to support elementary
and early childhood school settings across multiple locations in
Aurora, IL. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering
occupational therapy services in school environments and are
prepared to contribute to student development in a variety of
learning contexts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide occupational
therapy services to elementary and early childhood students,
supporting their functional performance and participation in school
activities - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
based on student evaluations and educational goals - Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote
student progress and modify classroom activities or environments as
needed - Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with
educational and healthcare regulations - Manage caseloads with
full-time hours (35 hours per week) Qualifications: - Valid
Occupational Therapist licensure and certification required -
Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred -
Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work across various school
settings - Strong communication and collaboration skills for
effective interdisciplinary teamwork - Flexibility to support both
non-concurrent and concurrent leaves in an educational setting
Position Details: - First position involves coverage of two
non-concurrent leaves at elementary schools: initial assignment
through May, followed by transition to a second elementary school -
Second position supports a full-time early childhood classroom and
is pending candidate acceptance - Contracts available through the
current school year with full-time hours (35 hours weekly) -
Locations include multiple school districts near Aurora, Illinois
