Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special
Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a school setting
located in Middleton, WI. This full-time, onsite position offers
the chance to make a meaningful difference by providing tailored
educational experiences and promoting an inclusive learning
environment for students with diverse special needs. Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. -
Deliver specialized instruction that addresses students unique
learning needs, strengths, and challenges. - Monitor and assess
student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to
meet educational goals. - Foster a supportive and engaging
classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and
participation. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support
staff to ensure cohesive and effective student support. - Maintain
accurate records and comply with all applicable education
regulations and policies. Desired Qualifications: - Certification
or license in Special Education. - Experience working with K-12
students requiring special education services. - Strong knowledge
of teaching strategies and behavior management techniques tailored
to diverse learners. - Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction based on student
