Job Description:
CorLife is a full spectrum health care services provider and
benefits coordinator serving injured workers, workers compensation
carriers, nurse case managers, third party administrators, and
self-insured employers. By providing all levels of home care,
durable medical equipment, orthotics, prosthetics, complex rehab
technology, medical supplies, home modifications, wheelchair

safely and quickly as possible. This position is 100% Work From
Home/Road. Ideal candidates should reside in Chicago. The pay range
for this position is 56,000-70,000 base salary plus commission. It
is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered
to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including
skills, qualifications, experience and location Job Purpose: The
CorLife Account Manager is a key player in developing new business
with untapped markets. This position is customer focused and
adaptable to a dynamic “startup” type of environment while working
in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction. Key
Responsibilities: Understand the workers compensation market
dynamics and identify opportunities to generate new business.
Identify workers’ compensation referral sources, case managers,
adjusters, carriers, TPA’s, self- insured groups etc. as well as
local conferences and networks. Engage actively in networks and
conferences that include workers compensation activities. Recognize
potential workers compensation ancillary product needs and educate
referrals/clients on the benefits of intervention either in person
or by virtual interaction. Conduct direct to consumer
pre-assessment screenings with individuals identified as having
potential need for ancillary services either in-person or utilizing
telehealth technology. Conduct education and training to
customers/referral sources on necessary and appropriate pathway to
access ancillary product solutions based on identified needs.
Actively engage in local/regional workers compensation conferences
and networking groups. Facilitate successful approval and delivery
of ancillary solutions to consumers by collaborating with and
educating referral sources on the key technical requirements of the
approval process. Follow-up with customers to communicate their
specific needs about the process, providing updates on the order
status and helping facilitate a prompt delivery. Act as a liaison
between organization, field teams and customers/referral sources.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to validate
consumer needs and identify potential technology solutions. Develop
and maintain successful long-term relationships with key accounts,
customers, and Numotion team. Resolve conflicts and provide
solutions to customers in a timely manner. Manage and document
sales funnel and reporting progress and strategies within CRM
platform. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company
objectives. Keep abreast of changes in technology and marketing
trends related to the field. Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles
to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values
consistent with Numotion’s mission. Adhere to employee or customer
confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal
regulations. Always provide excellent customer service for all
internal and external customers of the operations. Provide
solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree
in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and
related experience may be considered. One year of outside B2B sales
or any clinical/medical office experience. Proven sales track
record with strategic territory, account planning and CRM
experience. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based
on customer needs. Excellent listening, consultative and
presentation skills. Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Workers Compensation and local payers’
documentation preferred. Experience in the DME, Complex Rehab
Technology, Home Health, Pharmaceutical, or Wound Care fields
preferred. Bilingual. Ability to thrive in a self-starter and
results-driven environment. Ability to demonstrate product
knowledge. Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling
multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects. Physical Work
