Job Description Job Description Position Overview Seeking an
experienced Telecommunications Top Hand to lead tower?top work on
wireless construction projects throughout the Wisconsin and
Illinois market. This role is responsible for safe, efficient
installation and modification of wireless equipment in compliance
with carrier and company standards. Key Responsibilities - Perform
and lead tower?top installation, upgrades, and maintenance -
Execute rigging, hoisting, and equipment placement - Install
antennas, radios, mounts, coax, fiber, and hybrid lines - Follow
carrier MOPs and enforce all safety requirements - Communicate with
Foreman and project leadership - Support site close?out
documentation and photos - Travel within the WISIL region as
required Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE) - Valid driver’s
license with a good driving record - Current NWSA certifications
(active and verifiable) - 2 years of wireless tower climbing
experience - Prior experience as a Top Hand or lead climber -
Ability to climb towers over 150 ft - Physically able to lift up to
50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) - Willing to work outdoors in all
weather conditions Preferred - OSHA 10 or 30 - RF Awareness - CPR /
First Aid - Competent Climber & Rescue What We Offer - Competitive
