Job Description Job Description Job Title: Press Operator - Days Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sheetfed Press Operator to join our team. The role involves running a Sheetfed Press and providing training to the team on its operation. You will be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of high-impact catalogs and other printed materials. Responsibilities Operate and manage a Sheetfed Press, ensuring smooth production. Lead a crew of two, with prior experience preferred. Perform administrative duties such as maintaining quality checklists, layout sheets, target sheets, file folders, color proofs, and job tickets. Conduct pre-production checks by understanding job tickets and specifications, and entering job details into the system. Set up the coater with appropriate coatings and blankets as needed. Ensure product quality by matching color proofs and monitoring throughout the run. Prepare for subsequent jobs as current ones near completion. Essential Skills Experience as a Sheetfed Press Operator or Web Press Operator. Minimum of 2 years of job tenure in previous positions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience running a crew is advantageous. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of DeForest, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
