Job Description:
My client, a highly respected multifamily builder in the region,
is seeking a project manager to oversee distinctive ground-up and
renovation projects. This is a chance to join a well-established
and expanding contractor with an excellent market reputation.
Client Details My client is a construction firm that specializes in
multifamily/mixed use and hotel work. They have a decades-long
track record of excellence in this space and are currently in a
phase of sustainable growth. They are looking to bring on a project
manager who values the stability of a larger company, with the
tight-knit culture of a newer office. Majority of work in the
multifamily space, with projects in hotel and commercial sectors as
well Both ground up and renovation work $300m a year in annual
revenue Have built over 5,000 units in the state of Wisconsin
Leadership from top Wisconsin GCs All projects within 45 miles of
the office Description Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and
manage project plans and timelines. Budget Management: Prepare and
oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts. Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors. Quality
Control: Ensure adherence to construction standards and
specifications. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project
risks. Safety: Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.
Client Communication: Serve as main contact for clients, provide
progress updates. Profile 5 years construction experience
Multifamily construction experience Strong communication skills and
ability to be client facing College degree in construction related
field is a plus! Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations Passion for
