Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the TH Foods Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the management of marketing projects and administrative tasks for both the Crunchmaster brand team and broader TH Foods Marketing organization.

Essential Duties and Requirements

Contribute to the success of Crunchmaster's E-Commerce businesses: Direct-To Consumer (DTC), Amazon, emerging customers, and traditional Brick & Mortar customers (e.g. Walmart)
Manage Crunchmaster Digital Asset Management (DAM) through Syndigo
Leverage Syndigo and other DAM platforms to ensure all branded retail and club ecommerce content is up to date. Present out Quarterly Top 10 retailer scorecard at CFTs to provide compliance visibility to the organization.
Help maintain the Broker SharePoint to ensure that the most up to date files (e.g. 3D pack shots) are present

Trade Shows:
Manage ALL trade shows for TH Foods in the US market, including strategy, planning, and execution (e.g. registrations, supplies, set up, tear down, accommodations and attendance at shows as required).

Take lead packaging designs from Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director and lead them through the multi-step approval process
Manage PNR/UPC requirements for NEW items
Collaborate with Regulatory, PLC and Crunchmaster's Packaging Agency (SPARK) to ensure all packaging is compliant.
Work with cross-functional partners and leadership to secure packaging design approvals through Connect, the TH Foods packaging approval system
Own the Color Proof approval process between the packaging Printer (PPC/Menasha) & Packaging Agency (SPARK)
Ensure Marketing and/or a SPARK representative is present at the Printer manufacturing location for the first print of NEW packaging graphics

Marketing Budget:
Responsible for Purchase Orders and Expenses/Invoices (eRequester)

Help develop and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when necessary
Support for team accounts that are not assigned, but require administrative support
Develop/maintain close working relationships with the Sales Department, Finance Department, Customer Service, and R&D Technical Services
Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the Corporation
Responsible for reporting food safety or personal safety items or concerns
Lead coordination of Marketing Meetings and held communicate marketing WINS to the broader organization
All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

While this position has no direct supervisory responsibility, it is a key role on the Marketing team and plays a critical role in the success of TH Foods.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields required
Demonstrated project management & leadership skills
Demonstrated business acumen leading to progressively more responsibility and a track record of success
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Positive "can do" attitude a must
Team player
Able to work with minimal supervision
Capable of prioritizing workload to maximize customer satisfaction
Strong, general reasoning and analytical skills
Ability to function in a highly paced environment
Ability to work on deadlines to meet goals and adapt to schedule changes
High level of personal, work and professional ethnics
