career in the rapidly growing field of Absence Management? Our team
is seeking dedicated individuals for our Premier Life, Absence, and
Disability Solutions (PLADS) department. This is more than just a
customer service role; you will be helping employees navigate
complex state-specific paid leave laws and disability benefits,
ensuring they have financial peace of mind during life’s most
significant events. salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work
hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Holistic
Case Management: Act as a resource for clients regarding Group
Life, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD)
claims. Absence Coordination: Help manage complex leave requests,
including Federal FMLA and various State-Mandated Paid Leave
programs. Expert Guidance: Interpret policy language to explain
benefit eligibility and payment schedules to claimants and employer
HR departments. Compliance: Ensure all claims are processed in
strict adherence to federal and state regulations. What We’re
Looking For Analytical Thinkers: You enjoy problem-solving and can
navigate the nuances of different state leave laws. Empathy &
Professionalism: You can handle sensitive life events (disability,
bereavement, or new parenthood) with care. Multitaskers: Ability to
manage a high volume of cases while maintaining high accuracy. Tech
Proficiency: Comfortable using multiple platforms simultaneously in
a remote environment. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED;
experience in insurance, HR, or benefits administration is a plus.
Home Office Requirements A private, quiet workspace with a door.
High-speed internet Must be able to work a consistent schedule

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work
