This role focuses on overseeing comprehensive audit activities including risk assessments, audit planning, and evaluation of internal controls across our global educational institutions. The ideal candidate will champion integrity and accountability while striving to maintain compliance and enhance operational efficiencies. Develop and execute comprehensive risk-based audit plans. Manage and conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. Provide strategic direction for compliance activities and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management. Oversee and mentor audit staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to best practices. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals and regulatory demands. Strong expertise in audit principles and practices, particularly in an educational or related regulatory environment. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Advanced knowledge of risk assessment and control strategies. Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred. Further certifications like CISA or CISM may be advantageous.
