Job Description:
As a Compliance Officer at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will be integral
in ensuring that all company activities adhere to established legal
and internal guidelines. Your main goal will be to safeguard our
reputable financial institution by ensuring legal conformity and
mitigating potentially reputational risks. Develop, implement, and
maintain internal compliance policies and procedures. Conduct
periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance
procedures are followed. Conduct or direct the internal
investigation of compliance issues. Assess company operations to
determine compliance risk. Ensure that all employees are educated
on the latest regulations and processes. Resolve employee concerns
about legal compliance. Prepare management and external regulatory
bodies? compliance reports. Advise internal management or business
partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
Strong knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g.,
Anti-Money Laundering, or AML) Familiarity with industry practices
