Telemetry RNs for per diem coverage in a med-surg/tele setting.
Candidates must be comfortable floating between Tele and ICU units
as needed. High reliability and adaptability are required.
/n/n/nResponsibilities:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide direct nursing care
to adult med-surg/telemetry patients /n/t /n/t - /n/t Monitor
cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition /n/t
/n/t - /n/t Administer medications, treatments, and document care
accurately /n/t /n/t - /n/t Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to support safe, effective patient care /n/t /n/t - /n/t
Float between Telemetry and ICU units as assigned /n/t /n

/n/t Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or med-surg experience
