Our expanding CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our remote team and support our growing roster of clients. We’re a dynamic and fast-growing CPA firm committed to delivering personalized, high-quality accounting services. As we welcome new clients, we’re searching for a proactive, client-focused Accounting Supervisor to help us maintain excellence in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and journal entries. What You’ll Do: Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger, and journal entry processes for a variety of small businesses/clients Work directly with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth accounting operations Collaborate closely with our tax and audit teams during busy seasons to collect and organize necessary client documents Maintain clear, professional communication to support client satisfaction and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting supervision (with CPA Firm highly desired) Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset Ability to work independently in a fully remote role Must live in Wisconsin (required) Why Join Us?
