Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances. Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division, and weekly cash flow by division. Manage the preparation of the company’s financial outlooks and financial forecasts. Implement and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures. Manage and coordinate all fiscal reporting activities, including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports. Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial procedures. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports. Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns. Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with budgeting, month-end, financial analysis, accounts payable, purchasing, billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory, and accounting software.
