As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for managing complex tax issues for our clients. You will work remotely, providing exceptional tax services to individuals and businesses across various industries.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare individual, business, and partnership tax returns, including s-corp, c-corp, entities, and trusts
  • Review and analyze tax returns to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
  • Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field
    • Strong technical skills in tax preparation and compliance, including individual returns, business and partnership tax returns, s-corp, c-corp, entities, trusts, and complex returns
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in tax research software and Microsoft Office suite
