Join our team and create your future Position Summary The Senior Associate, Human Resources is a member of the HR Business Partner (generalist) team with a focus on client needs, particularly Manager, Associates and Analysts in our Healthcare Practice. Works with HR Manager to establish and implement HR strategy within the practice. Plays a key role ensuring that HR-related projects and activities are designed, implemented, and managed to meet client expectations and business needs. Qualifications o Bachelor's degree required. HR Certification preferred. o Minimum of 6 years in an HR role. o Prior experience in consulting industry preferred. * Prior experience required: o Managing leaders and teams o Experience leading HR for an hourly employee populations o New hire integration o Experience in Policy writing, creating, review and interpretation o Performance management o Strong Employee relations o Compensation administration * Strong ability to frame issues and solutions quickly and concisely. * Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization. * Strong leadership, change management and facilitation skills required. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. * Effective at building credibility quickly and maintaining relationships with clients, employees and HR partners. * Proven ability to manage confidential information. * Ability to work independently, a self-starter and proactive problem solver. * Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
